What exactly does the turnkey package include ?
The whole journey, from A to Z : study and advice, quote, authorisation file, excavation, construction or installation of the pool, plant room, filtration and finishes up to the coping and filling, with maintenance training.
How far does your service go : terrace, garden ?
The turnkey package goes as far as installing the coping. For the terrace, the surroundings and the landscaping, we work hand in hand with our sister company Elie Paysage and trusted partner landscapers.
How long between the quote and the first swim ?
It depends on the type of pool and the authorisations : a few days to weeks for a fibreglass or above-ground pool, a few weeks to months for custom concrete, administrative deadlines included. We give you a clear schedule as soon as we hand over the quote.
Do you handle the authorisations ?
Yes, we prepare the technical elements and support you through the municipal procedures. The rules vary from one canton to another, but you are never left alone to face the administration.
Do I have a single point of contact ?
Yes. A single point of contact coordinates the entire project and all the trades, from the first appointment to filling. That's the whole point of turnkey.
