Everything about the wooden pool
Is a wooden pool really durable ?
Yes. The wood is class IV treated pine (resistant to moisture and insects). The Standard range comes with a 5-year warranty and the Premium with 8 years thanks to a reinforced factory treatment (drying, impregnation, oiling). With simple maintenance, it lasts well beyond that.
Can it be put inground or left above-ground ?
All three : above-ground (the fastest assembly), semi-inground or fully inground. The wood blends naturally into the garden in every configuration.
What maintenance does the wood require ?
An application of protective oil about once a year is enough to preserve its tone and its resistance. It's a simple gesture that also keeps the warranty valid.
Can the liner be replaced ?
Yes. The liner is independent of the wooden structure and can be replaced after several years of use, which also lets you change the colour of the water.
How long does it take to assemble a wooden pool ?
The above-ground kits, with pre-drilled openings, go up in a few days. In the inground version, you need to add the earthworks. We give you a precise schedule with the quote.
Is it suitable for families with children ?
Yes : the exterior steps are removable to secure access, and a cover (bar cover or automatic cover) can be added. The height of the above-ground basin also limits the risk of falling.
