Chlorine & pH

Bayrol Automatic Cl-pH

Automatically regulates pH and liquid chlorine. One probe measures the pH (target 7.0–7.4), a Redox probe controls disinfection : the unit doses as precisely as possible, continuously. Compact, connected, ideal for impeccable water with no effort.

Salt chlorination

Bayrol Automatic Salt

Intelligent salt chlorination : the unit produces chlorine from the dissolved salt (from 1.5 g/l) and regulates pH, chlorine (Redox), salt and temperature. Soft, comfortable water, little handling. AS5 (up to 80 m³) and AS7 (up to 140 m³) versions.

Salt or chlorine: which to choose?

Salt gives softer water and less handling ; liquid chlorine remains a safe bet and cheaper to buy. We advise you according to your pool and your preferences. See our comparison.

Can a regulator be installed on an existing pool?

Yes, in most cases it installs on the filtration circuit. It's a common addition during renovation to gain in comfort.

Do you still have to take care of the water?

Much less so : the unit manages the pH and disinfection day to day. A periodic check and filtration maintenance remain recommended.

Is salt water aggressive?

No : the salt content is very low (from 1.5 g/l, far less than sea water). The water is simply softer on the skin and eyes.
